How much do you charge for wedding photography and cinematoraphy?

Our pricing is tailored to each unique wedding. We do not have set package prices, as every wedding is different and requires a customised approach to photography and videography. To provide an accurate quote, we would need details about your wedding like the date, times, location, and approximate guest count.

However, to give you a general idea, most couples spend around £1500-£2000 for wedding day photography (usually 8 hours of coverage) and £2000-£2500 for videography. These are typical amounts, but your specific pricing may vary depending on your needs. Please provide us with your wedding details so we can create a customised quote for you.

What is included in your wedding packages?

For our photography package, you will receive:

– High resolution, color-corrected images via digital delivery
– 50 professionally retouched photos to showcase
– Private online gallery for sharing photos with guests, available for 12 months

For our cinematography package, you will receive:

– A 3-5 minute highlight reel capturing the most memorable moments
– The full-length edited video of your entire event, customisable run time based on your preference
– Physical copy of the highlight reel and full video on a USB drive.

How long do you take to deliver the final wedding photos/video?

We understand you are eager to see your wedding photos and video! Here is what you can expect for timelines:

Photography: We will provide a sneak peek of 5-10 images within a few days after your wedding. This gives you a taste of your photos while you await the full gallery.

Cinematography: Within 4-6 weeks after your wedding, we will share a short teaser video clip to hold you over until the full wedding film is complete.

Typically, the final delivery for all pictures and videos takes approximately 12 weeks from your wedding date. In rare cases it may take slightly longer, and we will keep you updated on our progress. We appreciate your patience as we put careful time and attention into crafting your perfect wedding memories!

Do I have a say in video editing?

We understand you want input on your wedding video editing. Here is how we incorporate your vision:

Prior to your wedding, please provide a song list you would like included in your wedding video. This allows us to seamlessly integrate your musical preferences into the editing process right away.

If you don’t have a set song list, no worries! We will select appropriate song choices that complement your wedding style and personality. With years of experience crafting wedding videos, we have expertise in choosing songs that beautifully fit each unique couple and celebration.

What is your backup plan in case of an emergency?

We always have backup cameras, lenses, batteries, memory cards, and lighting on hand in case of equipment failure. We also have backup photographers/videographers on call in case the primary cannot make it due to illness or other emergency. You can have peace of mind knowing we have contingencies in place.

Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, we are available for destination weddings throughout Europe and internationally. Travel costs including transportation, accommodation, and meals would be an additional expense. We’re happy to provide a quote specific to your wedding location.

How do we book you?

Once we receive your message through any of those channels, here is what happens next:

– We will reach out to you promptly to confirm receipt and availability for your date and send you the quotation.

– After this if you prefer, we’ll schedule a consultation call at your convenience to learn more about your vision and provide a detailed overview of our services.

– If you decide to move forward, we will send you a simple electronic contract and invoice to review and electronically sign.

– After booking, we’ll maintain open communication as we get closer to your big day. We’re happy to answer any additional questions!

When should we book you for our wedding?

We recommend booking your wedding photography & cinematography at least 12 months in advance if possible. Our availability fills up quickly for peak wedding dates.

What is your payment and cancellation policy?

Payment Policy:

– To secure your date, we require a 25% retainer fee at the time of booking. This reserves the date exclusively for you.

– The remaining balance of 75% is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.

– The initial 25% retainer is non-refundable. This allows us to turn away other couples interested in your date.

Cancellation Policy:

– If you cancel more than 12 weeks before your wedding, you will forfeit the 25% retainer.

– If you cancel within 12 weeks of your wedding, the full payment amount will be due.

– We book only one wedding per day. Last-minute cancellations leave us unable to fill the date, which is why our policy is structured this way.

Do you cover Pre Wedding events/parties?
